Behavioral Health Case Manager
CCH Medical Clinics are Rural Health Clinics operated by Clay County Hospital. The Behavioral Health program offers therapy, case management, and medication management.
Worked with an interdisciplinary team to provide case management and coordinate client care.
Successfully designed and implemented a new intake process to reduce wait times and reduce the no-show rate in the therapy-seeking population.
Assisted with program coordination, including analyzing revenue/payments, appointment rates, and referral tracking.
Administered schedules of the therapy providers and assisted with care transition when neccessary.

Patient Accounts Representative
Clay County Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital in Flora, IL, which operates a string of outpatient clinics around Clay County, Illinois. I initially worked the Saturday overnight shift as an ER registrar, and moved from PRN to full-time. I simultaneously worked for the clinics in a patient registration setting, and eventually moved there full time. At the clinics, my role expanded until I moved to work full time with Behavioral Health.
Assisted with IDPA billing of hospital services.
Assisted the Emergency Department as a one-on-one sitter, observing patients with altered mental status / suicidal ideation, etc.
Processed raw feedback from CGCAHPS surveys into usable data and helped to analyze them.

Performed many roles in a small business while in high school, including computer and electronics testing/repair, photography, sale listings, material handling. Left this role to relocate to Chicago and pursue higher education.
